Giving Thanks!

Thanksgiving was full of wonderful memories. Part of my mom's side of the family drove in for a couple days and we celebrated both Thanksgiving and Christmas while they were here. It was a super busy week. Here's my tribute to our Thanksgiving celebration!

Wy-man found Dad-d's disposable camera and is now obsessed with taking photos. (Except he was taking them all of this chest.) ;-)
Because of the holiday vacation, Wy-man was able to enjoy some one-on-one time playing bumper pool with Papa.
And of course my mom had the tables decorated beautifully! The boys got to color their own Thanksgiving place mats...
And took some time away from coloring to show me their holiday cheer. ;-) (This is what happens with a 6, 4 and 2 year old pose.) And we can forget about "Baby Gook". (Luke is such a doll, isn't he?!)
We had 18 people gather for the feast.

Here are Pat, Sue, Bonnie and Claire. (Pat is my mom's youngest brother).
Scott and Dianne came in from Sterling, IA and their oldest daughter Megan and her husband Kaleb drove up from Manhattan, KS. (Scott is one of my mom's older brothers.)
And this is the Lampe crew sans kids - (except if you look closely, you can see Wy-man. He didn't want to sit at the kids table)!
We had a wonderful time catching up and eating WAY too much, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. Thanks fam for making the holiday so special!
